The business incubation scene has recently been hit by the ‘acceleration’ buzzword. How are accelerator programmes different to business incubators? How do they support and speed up the business production process of a venture? And, is it necessary to set one up in your EUBIC? This training will aim to cover these exact questions while guiding you through the steps & procedures needed to set up a seed-acceleration program, thus the provision of a journey for your entrepreneurs in which their business-creation process is exponentially catalysed.

You will be asked the correct questions and given the apt tools to understand what role and focus your accelerator programme should have; identify its funding structure; the kind of entry strategy that you will implement to select the highest potential entrepreneurs; the type of support and benefits  to offer them, and finally the kind of monitoring and performance tracker methods to put in place to evaluate the impact your programme is having.
